About Voltainer Technologies

Precision Voltage Control for Reliable Operations

Voltainer Technologies designs and manufactures servo voltage stabilizers, isolation transformers and online UPS systems for industrial and commercial customers.

Our servo voltage stabilizers are designed to provide stable and reliable voltage regulation — protecting motors, drives, controllers and sensitive electronics from the damage that unstable supply causes.

  • Copper-wound variac & transformer
  • Digital control with on-panel metering
  • Air-cooled & oil-cooled variants
  • Custom ratings built to order
More About Us
Why it matters

Unstable supply is costing you more than a stabilizer ever will.

Low voltage overheats windings. High voltage punches through insulation. Either way you pay for it twice — once in repair bills, and again in the production hours you lose while the line is down.

01

Real-time correction

A servo motor drives the variac continuously, correcting dips and surges before they reach your machines.

02

Built for Indian grids

Wide input band — 170–270 V single phase and 340–480 V three phase — for rural feeders and industrial estates alike.

03

Protection, built in

Over/under-voltage cut-off, single-phasing preventer, overload and short-circuit trip — standard on every unit.

Quality & Testing

Quality Built Into Every Unit

Our quality process covers components, manufacturing and final testing.

Testing

Routine Testing on Every Unit

Each stabilizer is tested for output accuracy across the input window, correction response, protection trips and temperature rise under load before dispatch.

FAQ

Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers about servo stabilizers, sizing and support.

Ask Our Engineer

A servo voltage stabilizer is an automatic voltage regulator that uses a servo motor to drive a variable transformer (variac). A control circuit continuously compares the output with the set value and moves the variac to add or subtract voltage through a buck-boost transformer, keeping output within about ±1%.
